  The position of "Special Assistant" - one step below Ministerial Servant

  a couple of years ago, my book study overseer told me he was considering me for the position of "special assistant" which is a grade below ministerial servant.

  my duties would have involved conducting the book study.

  i'm pretty sure this has been mentioned before but wanted to know if anyone knew anything about this.. .

  anyway, saturday came and went and tuesday came and went and no judicial meeting with me.

  the elders just sort of avoided me and didn't let me comment at the wt.

  what can we say in reply to his comments?.

  first, brother wallen, you don't seem to understand why we are angry at the watchtower society.. for most of us, the reason is simple: we have been cheated, conned, deceived, lied to.

  small bits of genetic material, or material used in the genetic structure, along w carbon 13 have been found in a meteorite that landed in australia a few yrs ago.

  european and american scientists have been studying it, and concluded that the material was not pick up here, but is from outer space.

  yes, i too have wondered how an assembly that is held in a fully paid for assembly hall, with no food service, could possibly have $10,000 in expenses.

  i suppose the bethel speakers have transportation expenses - maybe $1000 or so.

  as for rent on the assembly hall, well you have already paid for it once, why pay again?

  It's kooks who mess it up for the real conspiracy theorists/alternate historians.
  
  It is logical that Moses learned magic. I have told people this before, with similar reasoning to yours. He was brought up with all the things available to Egyptian royalty. ALL, not some, but ALL Egyptian royalty received education in magic practices. It wasn't a big deal, because everyone did it.
  
  That other foolishness you speak of, well, I am glad this site is closing if it is providing arenas for foolishness.

  I gave away my Mr. Beer kit to a friend, but we had helped some other friends with their batches before.
  
  Unless you want to make beer-vinegar, SANITIZE/STERILIZE like a madman.
